‘Observer’s’

These playful works underline Karin’s interest in working with simple forms showing clear and strong lines.

Her works are inspired by the Bauhaus movement.

Each Observer figure was individually twisted and bent out of a poured piece of wax. With minimal

manipulation of the wax Karin is able to create abstract figures showing true human qualities.

Each figure is sitting on a piece of Oamaru stone and watching the world go by!
