‘The Shelf’

Loving the work of guest artist Annette Schuman. Another talented Ngaio Artist, originally from South Africa.

Annette works with acrylics and has a wonderfully vibrant color palette. Her paintings are uplifting and full of fun.

In her own words, Annette says,

"I've been an artist at heart since childhood, raised in a creatively rich home where making art was second nature. With a background in software design, there's a love for structure—but it’s the bold, expressive use of color that drives each piece. Always exploring, always experimenting, the work plays at the edge of control and spontaneity, using strong colors to spark feeling and energy."

Her pieces, titled 'The Lemons', 'The Expression', and 'The Shelf', will be on display in the Gallery window for the next four weeks.
