Becoming a student in a glass blowing mentoring program in 2021 opened up a new freedom for Karin to explore and play with colours & forms within the glass medium.

‘Up until this point I worked predominantly in cast glass. But with newly learnt skills & techniques in the hot shop, I have been able to create colourful forms. And the new playful ‘mix up’ RINGS series evolved’.

These works showcase the immense versatility within the discipline of glass art.
