I have been meaning to get the logo for the Gallery sorted for 3yrs! But nothing really resonated with me until now.
An old diary from my great, great Aunty Eliza was given to me a few months ago. Not a lot is known about her except she was an Artist in Australia around the 1880’s or earlier. I will hopefully discover more soon.
Inside her diary are a few little fine pen drawings of flowers in black and white. I was surprised to see them and I loved them as I do the same!
So, my logo is a wee drawing she did at the bottom of a page in the diary which I traced and colored and now use as my logo!
It is really special to me - thank you great great Aunt Eliza, I hope you approve!
